GLAMPING IN THE GARDEN
Come enjoy a camp out on our magical property. Kick back and enjoy the sunset views over the ponds and gardens; checkout the chickens and visit the pigs; watch dragonflies and bats dash and swoop at dusk; listen to the owls calling at night. Yes, it is that magical!
Whether you're a local escaping the city or visiting from out of town, Tiny Tree Herb Farm, is conveniently located near Brentwood Bay, close to the Victoria airport and the ferry terminal; minutes from Butchart Gardens; local wineries, breweries and distilleries; beaches, hikes and marinas. As well, we're located approximately 25 min. drive from the beautiful and historic downtown Victoria BC.
Lay your head down in our fully loaded, equipped and spacious 29' trailer, parked at a distance from the house to ensure your fun and privacy. Just show up with your essentials, and we provide all the gear you need. With a queen sized bed in one end, and two sets of bunk beds in the other, there's plenty of room for the family. Do your cooking inside, in the attached outdoor kitchen, or just put a stick in it and roast it over the propane fire.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
RENTAL PERIOD There is a two night minimum rental period.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT The standard damage deposit is $300. This amount will be charged prior to check-in & refunded within 10-14 business days after checkout via the same method of payment.
**No Parties, events or extra visitors are permitted without prior communication and permission from the property owners.
DAMAGE / ACCIDENTS If damage is caused and the renter is at fault, the renter will bear all associated expenses. Additional costs, such as loss of use, diminished of value, tow and storage fees may also applicable. If an incident occurs, please report it immediately.
**Children must be supervised at all times as there are several water features on the property.
SMOKING/PETS Smoking is not allowed on the property. Violation is subject to a minimum of $350 to maximum of $1500 cleaning charges.
Because we have two resident dogs, we ask that you kindly leave your pets at home.
SAFETY The trailer is equipped with all essential safety equipment: a fire extinguisher & carbon monoxide detector. Should an alarm sound, please evacuate immediately call 911 and/or notify property owners.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be sure to message with your eta so property owners can be here to let you in and show you the essentials. Arrangements can be made if there are any changes to your travel plans.
